Andrew Garfield is in Italy. A picture of him hanging out shirtless with four friends is doing the rounds on the internet. Though the picture seems to be clicked from a distance, Andrew is clearly visible. A friend wearing a cap and sunglasses seems to be giving him a back massage whereas another is seen drinking from what looks like a wine glass. The internet has taken Andrew's shirtless picture with friends and turned it into a meme fest on Twitter. Many compared the picture to the track in Season 2 of HBO's Emmy-winning show The White Lotus, where a bunch of gay men in Italy (who are more often than not, shirtless) conspire to kill Jennifer Coolidge's character of Tanya McQuoid.
A Twitter user reposted Andrew's picture with the caption, “These the type of men that tried to kill jennifer coolidge on that one show.” They set the ball rolling for what became a meme fest comparing Andrew's picture to the “gay men” in The White Lotus Season 2.
Another user posted a GIF of Jennifer shooting down the “gays” at the end of the show. They captioned the post, “GET THEM MOTHER.”
